What is WellMindNow?

Education for the moments life brings.

WellMindNow is a structured mental-health education program for adults and teenagers. Learn about emotions, habits, stress, and relationships, then practise those skills with guided audio and live learning.

Cardio for the heart. Mindio for the mind.

Mindio is our name for guided daily practice. Education can accompany professional care; it does not replace assessment, psychotherapy, or medical treatment.

A few things to know.

How much time do I need?

The shortest full Mindio audio is 5 minutes 20 seconds. Lessons are self-paced and take longer. Live classes last about an hour; daily attendance is optional. Choose a routine you can realistically return to.

What happens after I pay?

Verify your email and open your dashboard. Complete the program’s starting assessment before Module 1; this is separate from the free check-in. Then choose a Mindio audio and join a live class when you can. Start with one skill and a routine that fits your day.

Can I get reminders?

You can choose reminders in your dashboard on supported devices. Notifications need your permission. You can change their timing or turn them off.

Is this therapy or medical treatment?

WellMindNow is an educational program. It helps you learn and practise skills, and can sit alongside care from your clinician. It does not replace therapy or medical treatment, and it cannot remove every source of stress.

What is the science behind it?

The teaching draws on research about attention, habits, breathing, and learning. These studies help explain the ideas; they do not establish that WellMindNow itself produces a particular health outcome. Read the research and its limits.

Understand what you repeat

Notice a pattern. Practise another response.

You might notice yourself rushing, replaying a conversation, or reacting before you have paused. Learning gives you a way to explore the pattern and practise a response you choose.

Your brain is not a muscle. The headline is a learning metaphor: many connected systems contribute to feelings and behavior, and change takes time and support.
