Our founder, Dr. Shivam Dubey, a Harvard-trained psychiatrist with nearly two decades of experience, envisioned a space where mental health support is accessible, preventive, and community-driven. His passion for mental wellness has shaped the community’s approach, making it a trusted place for anyone looking to take proactive steps for their mind and well-being.
